The Director of the Employment and Labor Law Unit (ELLU) is a technical expert in all areas of employment and labor law, including litigation before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the Merit Systems Protection Board; provides advice and counseling on all aspects of employment, labor, and civil rights laws; develops policy in support of Human Capital Management; representational services for the Office of the Secretary, Office of Human Resources, and Office of Civil Rights.
