    The primary purpose of this position is to to implement and manage the installation level Sexual Assault Prevention and Response Program and serve as consultant to the commander on institutionalizing core values for the Department of the Air Force.

    • Serves as the installation Sexual Assault Response Coordinator (SARC) to comply with Department of Defense (DoD) requirements, developing and managing prevention and support programs and activities for sexual assault,interpersonal violence.
    • Ensures the development and implementation of prevention programs relating to sexual assault. Participates with the Family Advocacy Program Manager in prevention activities related to domestic violence.
    • Develops, implements, and maintains an installation victim support system which must address a wide variety of issues and problems.
    • Develops a response system which may include a sexual assault response team (SART) approach to responding to victim needs
    • Serves as the installation commander's consultant for all sexual assault issues and represents the commander and vice commander on committees, working groups, conferences, and community meetings.
    • Performs supervisory personnel management responsibilities for a limited staff of one to two employees. Plans and schedules work to be accomplished by subordinates.
