The Appellate Branch of the Solicitor’s Office in the Office of the General Counsel of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission is seeking an experienced attorney. Solicitor’s Office Appellate Branch responsibilities also include litigation in the U.S. Supreme Court and, as appropriate, in U.S. District Courts and other courts.
