Education substitute for experience to qualify for GS-05 - Successfully completed a four year course of study leading to a bachelor's degree OR have a combination of education and experience that equates to one year of experience.
Education substitute for experience to qualify for GS-07 - Successfully completed one full year of graduate level education OR successfully completed a bachelor's degree with superior academic achievement OR have a combination of education and experience that equates to one year of experience.
