    This is a term position not to exceed two years and may be extended two years.

    This is an episodic, intermittent position, on an irregular or occasional basis with hours and days of work not on a prearranged schedule and with compensation for the actual time employed or for service rendered.

    Responsibilities

    1. Provide mortuary care for deceased victims; plans a variety of services based on assessment of existing conditions at the disaster site.
    2. Assist with victim identification, establishing the cause and manner of death and supporting investigations involving examination of the deceased.
    3. Work with Team Lead to mitigate disaster mortuary incidents; provide technical direction to other mortuary and support personnel during evacuation procedures.
    4. Perform quality assurance activities for all aspects of morgue and mortuary operations.

    76% or greater - 95% Domestic and 5% international travel.
