Manages and oversees business analysis aspects of IT projects using cloud products from planning through implementation, fulfilling the role of shared services product manager, and serving as a strategic partner and technical expert with other senior level technical counterparts in cloud product planning, design/configuration, and testing.
Provides technical expertise in the applied use of cloud products, including configuration/design and user experience. Provides direction and seasoned judgment in all facets of the business modeling and requirements management disciplines to drive the development, migration, or integration of new initiatives, particularly in use of no code/low code cloud products (SaaS, PaaS).
Develops, in collaboration with the business and IT stakeholders, long and short-term business capability roadmaps that define the business outcomes to be achieved using cloud products with a prioritized pipeline of potential initiatives to be funded.
Develops roadmaps for cloud products in conjunction with vendors and IT stakeholders to ensure delivery of new and common services in a standard way to increase value and manage cost. Provides technical expertise in the applied use of cloud products, including configuration/design and user experience. Provides direction and seasoned judgment in all facets of the business modeling and requirements management disciplines to drive the development, migration, or integration of new initiatives, particularly in use of no code/low code cloud products (SaaS, PaaS).

1. Knowledge of applying principles, concepts, techniques, and methods in planning initiating IT projects recommending alternative solutions to meet current and future requirements in operating and cloud computing environments.
2. Knowledge of cloud computing with developing, migrating, and adopting commercial cloud services.
3. Knowledge of quantitative and qualitative analytical techniques to perform cost/benefit appropriate analyses.
4. Ability to communicate and work with technology vendors to perform market research price comparisons, and other research.
5. Knowledge of business process re-engineering, business process modeling using industry standard notation, and analysis, integration of IT application systems services, and platform with cloud products.
6. Knowledge of applying cloud enterprise architecture principles during the planning and deployment process.
