This position is located in the Washington Headquarters Services, Human Resources Directorate, Technology, Policy & Program Support Division (TPPSD). TPPSD is responsible for all strategic planning initiatives, human capital reform initiatives, and is the focal point for integration of cross functional HR policies and programs to assist the Office of Deputy Chief Management Officer and Director, Washington Headquarters Services in the Fourth Estate HR representational roles and responsibilities and to assist WHS in the development and delivery of customer focused HR products and services.
