    Responsibilities

    • Develops office procedures and practices to meet needs for efficient operations.
    • Responds to inquiries and administrative problems.
    • Reviews calendar issues and requirements, and adjusts priorities.
    • Acts as administrative liaison. Screens incoming calls and handles all routine matters.
    • Reviews all correspondences for clarity, completeness of reply and grammatical and procedural correctness.
