This position is assigned to the Div. of Labor and Employee Relations, Office of Human Resources, NPS Hqtrs and/or Regional Offices and parks throughout NPS in geographically dispersed locations. These organizations provide operations and evaluation of the ER and LR programs, and for providing day-today ER/LR services. The primary purpose for this position is to provide advice and assistance to the appropriate Harassment Point of Contact (HPOC) at Parks, Regional, and Service-wide levels.
