This position is part of the WHS Human Resources Directorate, located in Alexandria, VA.
This position is located in the Washington Headquarters Services (WHS), Human Resources Directorate (HRD), Labor and Management Employee Relations (LMER) Division. The division directly supports the Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD), WHS, the Pentagon Force Protection Agency (PFPA) and other organizations serviced by the Washington Headquarters Services. The incumbent will serve as a Human Resources Specialist with responsibility for providing a full range of advisory services, assistance, and policy guidance to management officials and employees concerning all aspects of labor and employee relations.
