This position is located within the Business Operations Division (BOD), Office of Facilities Management and Reliability (OFMR), Smithsonian Facilities (SF), Smithsonian Institution (SI). The incumbent serves under the general supervision of the Supervisory Program Specialist (Procurement) and prepares and drafts procurement documents in accordance with established guidelines assuring inclusion of all provisions required by law, Federal regulations, and Smithsonian policy.
