Work Schedule: Typical work hours are Monday to Friday, 07:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.; weekend/evening hours may be required.

GENERAL DUTY DESCRIPTION: The Vascular Surgery section provides comprehensive care for patients who have illnesses within the vascular surgery scope. The scope of these activities covers hospitalized patients and all phases and all phases of ambulatory care. Other responsibilities may include education of medical students and residents.
Call coverage will be required.
Administrative Duties,(if applicable): include, but are not limited to, Leadership responsibilities; HR Staff Management; Time/Leave Management; and Clinical Management.
Clinical Duties include, but are not limited to, Patient Care; Medical/Clinical Knowledge; Clinical Judgment; Interpersonal & Communication Skills; Professionalism and Systems Based Practice.
Education/Teaching Duties,(if applicable): Practitioners are expected to show effectiveness in teaching, monitoring, and coordinating educational activities, and comply with necessary trainee supervision.
Research Duties,(if applicable): Physician researchers will show an ability to identify and define significant Research and Development problems, to plan and execute a precise research program, and to generate effective reports and results worthy of publication. Researchers are responsible for oversight of any research staff that they supervise.
