    Career/Career-Conditional Part-Time appointment, 20 hours per week.

    Answers the telephone and greets visitors. Provides general information and directs visitors to appropriate personnel for specific information. Receives and distributes incoming mail, and prepares outgoing mail for delivery. Maintains central filing systems.

    Anticipates needs for and assembles reports, files, and documents relating to calls. Information frequently must be obtained from a variety of sources and may require extensive searching, researching, telephone calls , etc.

    Coordinates the Division budget and finance functions. Prepares program documents, records expenditures from purchase documents. Provides monthly statements of commitments, obligations and status of funds, with recommendations, to subordinate supervisors and the Division supervisor. Recommends program adjustments to resolve discrepancies. Presents programs with recommendations to program managers and other park staff. Performs expenditure transfers in reimbursable and clearing accounts.
