    This position serves as a Supervisory IT Specialist within the Office of Information & Technology Office of Product Development, Development Management Service. It is the incumbent responsibility for the responsibility for the development and training of skilled and knowledgeable staff tailed to meet project demands. This position requires application expert of leadership and managerial skills to properly effective utilization of personnel resources. Additionally the incumbent will serve as a technical expert in project and risk management to leaders and teams across the department.

    MAJOR DUTIES: Serves as a supervisor, Team leader and mentor, providing advice and guidance and personnel assignments to staff on project teams.
    Provides technical for development of IT systems solutions to leadership and other staff members.
    Serves an a panel member in development of staff training and selections of staff in department.
    Tracks the performance of assigned staff.
    Manages the coordination of and the development of IT system solution goals and project management of the risk management of systems software for the organization
    Responsible for communication orally and in writing to upper level identifying for streamlining process and timelines.
