    This position is located at The Innovation Lab at OPM (The Lab) under the Center of Leadership Development (CLD), Human Resources Solution (HRS) of the U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM) in Washington, D.C.

    The primary purpose of this position is to serve as a supervisory management and program analyst tasked with supporting the Managing Director in overall program management and providing a range of human-centered design services to external customers of The Lab.

    • Designs and delivers programs that build the physical, intellectual, practical, cultural, and virtual spaces for innovation in the Federal government.
    • Manages initiatives to develop strategic and operational plans, goals, objectives, and timelines for assigned programs, projects, systems, and operations.
    • Analyzes and evaluates methods for assessing program effectiveness, process improvements, and financial performance to improve program operations, procedures, and performance.
    • Builds and maintains tools and methods that teach and facilitate innovative problem solving in Federal agencies.
    • Exercises technical and administrative supervisory controls that are in keeping with a first level supervisory position.
