This Program Analyst position is located in the Office of Information and Technology (OIT), Front Office, Office of the Chief of Staff. OIT's mission is to deliver state-of-the-art technology and to collaborate with our business partners to create the best experience for all Veterans. You will fulfill the function of a Senior Advisor to the Assistant Secretary for Information Technology and Chief Information Officer (AS/CIO), the Principal Deputy Assistant Secretary for Information Technology (PDAS), and the Chief of Staff. You will further advise other management, staff, and various stakeholders. You will be responsible for developing, coordinating, implementing, evaluating, and advising management on planning, analysis, policy, stewardship, and compliance and budgeting programs as they relate to OIT program operations with applicability or impact across the Department of Veterans Affairs. You will assist in establishing project and/or program performance metrics and conduct major internal and external program, project, and policy reviews.
