About the Position: Serves as Chief, Budget Execution Branch, Budget Operations Division, Resource Services Washington, for Headquarters, Department of the Army. Works under the general supervision of the Chief, Budget Operations Division, Resource Services Washington, providing planning, developing, monitoring and implementing the total appropriated funds budgetary program for the Secretariat, HQDA Principals, HQDA Field Operating Agencies (FOAs), and Staff Support Agencies (SSAs). Recommends policy matters, mission objectives, and emphasis of designated program areas. The incumbent has full technical and administrative responsibility for the conduct of activities and accomplishments related to all phases of planning, development, presentation/defense, and execution of Headquarters, Department of, Army (HQDA) appropriations primarily including but not limited to the following appropriations allocated to HQDA: Operation and Maintenance, Army (OMA), Other Procurement, Army (OPA), Operation Maintenance Army Reserve (OMAR), and Research, Development, Testing and Evaluation, Army RDTE-A.
