The incumbent of this position serves as an HR Specialist in the Workforce Services Division (WSD) Employee Relations, Human Resources Office, Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS), United States Department of Agriculture (USDA). They are responsible for planning, implementing, administering, and evaluating a broad range of employee relations and labor relations programs and functions in support of the operational programs and needs of NRCS organizational components.
