This position is located in OPM Human Resources, Labor Relations Group. This group is responsible for developing, evaluating, implementing, and administering policies and programs covering internal OPM systems for the complete spectrum of the OPM labor relations programs. This position within OPM-HR provides front-line labor relations advisory services to Agency management officials. These issues are extremely time-sensitive, often having short suspense dates. The position is responsible for interpreting the collective bargaining agreement, managing the grievance/arbitration process, and serving as a labor relations representative for management.
