This position is located at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) in the Office of the Chief Financial Officer (OCFO), Office of Financial Management Systems (OFMS). As a recognized technical information technology (IT) expert in evaluating available tools, methodologies, and processes for feasibility in improving the OFMS effectiveness and efficiency in meeting the requirements, functions, and services of its automated financial systems. The employee provides authoritative advice and assistance to OCFO senior management on IT software and/or hardware that will enhance the financial programs and services provided by the OFMS organization.
