The Office of Program Monitoring and Evaluation participates in each stage of USTDA's project life-cycle. This includes monitoring programs for compliance, recommending corrective actions and overseeing the close-out procedures for funding activities. The incumbent in this position services as the Program Evaluation Manager responsible for managing the continuous evaluation of USTDA programs to assess the outcomes and impact of the agency's investments.

Stipulations of Employment:
