    Responsibilities

    If selected for this position, you will join a well-respected team that is responsible for assisting the Director of the Executive Office for United States Attorneys (EOUSA) and the Attorney General's Advisory Committee (AGAC) in formulating a budget submission for the entire United States Attorneys organization. The incumbent will serve as the senior Internal Systems Information Technology expert and principal advisor for the Financial Systems Support Group (FSSG) which is the United States Attorneys Offices (USAOs) point-of-contact for multiple automated financial and accounting systems. Typical work assignments will include:

    • Developing, designing and managing budget and financial Information Technology (IT) systems.
    • Administering the implementation of agency-wide automated financial applications.
    • Utilizing Agile methodology to rapidly deploy fixes and enhancements to existing applications.
    • Participating in all phases of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
    • Planning the overall component-wide implementation of any system/application supported by FSSG.
    • Reviewing enhancements, modifications, or proposed new systems/modules and analyzing the potential impact on existing customer business practices.

    If selected, you may be required to complete a one year probationary period.
