The Deputy Associate Chief Officer (ACO) serves as a full deputy to the Senior Executive Service (Equivalent) Associate Chief Officer of Operations, collaborating with and sharing fully in the duties, responsibilities and authorities of the Associate Chief Officer of Operations in providing guidance and direction covering program requirements, reviewing work through discussion of program objectives, actions proposed or completed, reports and actions associated with the organization as it relates to HROO to include collaborative oversight of human resources programs and operations for Recruitment and Staffing Service (R&SS), VHACO Servicing Human Resources Office (VSHO), Human Resources Management and Consulting Service (HRMACS), National Healthcare Recruitment Service, Senior Leader (Executive) Staffing Service, and Human Resources Restoration and Revitalization Program (HR3).
MAJOR DUTIES:
Education must be accredited by an accrediting institution recognized by the U.S. Department of Education for it to be credited towards qualifications (particularly positions with a positive education requirement).
