    The Area of Consideration for this vacancy announcement is Local which means that you are either affiliated with Pine Bluff Arsenal or live within 50 miles from Pine Bluff Arsenal.     This position is located in the Morale Welfare and Recreation Division of Pine Bluff Arsenal in Pine Bluff, AR

    The FMWRC mission is to create and maintain "FIRST CHOICE" MWR products and services for America's Army essential to a ready, self-reliant force.

    Pine Bluff Arsenal is located in White Hall, AR with an estimated population of 6,000. The Arsenal is just North of Pine Bluff with a population of approximately 55,000 and home of University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff and Southeast Arkansas College. The area offers museums, water sports, a regional park, and a nature center. The Arsenal is within 40 minutes of the state capital, Little Rock.     Responsibilities

    The following is a brief description of duties and responsibilities:

    1. Serves as lifeguard for indoor and outdoor pools (may include water parks and/or beach fronts) and works under the direction of the Installation Aquatics Program Manager or pool supervisor.
    2. Responsible for life guarding guests in attendance at the assigned aquatics facility.
    3. Assists with scheduling of staff and programs, tracking inventory and ordering supplies. Assists in maintaining pool and area clean and free from any hazards.
