This announcement provides the opportunity for a reassignment/promotion to the position of Contracting Officer Specialist position in the Office of General Counsel, Contracting team located in Arlington, VA. The successful candidate will serve as a Contracting Officer Specialist and expert technical authority for the agency in the areas of contracting and procurement. The successful candidate will also be responsible for providing excellent customer service in contracting and procurement by resolving significant and complex contracting issues, creating innovative solutions for customer needs, and working well with customers from all OIG components.
This position is being advertised at the Specialist Band level, equivalent to a GS-14. The salary range for this position is $114,590 - $148,967. The salary figures include locality pay.
