    Responsibilities

    As a Information Technology Specialist (INFOSEC) at the GS-2210-13 some of your typical work assignments may include:
    - Leads the implementation of security programs designed to anticipate, assess, and minimize system vulnerabilities and to establish vulnerability reporting and management programs.
    - Leads the implementation of security activities across multiple programs and platforms to further the information security posture of the Agency's critical mission and business systems.
    - Coordinates and leads the implementation of security activities across multiple programs and platforms to further the information security posture of the Agency's critical mission and business systems.
    - Tests and implements new policies, processes and technologies in support of risk, vulnerability and threat mitigation activities across the full portfolio of the Agency's IT mission and business systems.

    Travel Required

    Occasional travel - Travel in the performance of temporary assignments may be required up to 10% of duty time.
