    This announcement may be used to fill position in any of the following tiers: Tier 1 has a typical salary range of $103,106- $121,818, Tier 2 has a typical salary range of $103,106- $145,638 and Tier 3 has a typical salary range of $103,106- $157,063 This includes the locality rate.

    • Serve as technical lead responsible for all systems engineering activities required for the assigned mission and/or the design, development, production, test, and support of assigned systems.
    • Evaluate contractors' technical proposals and continually assess contractors' efforts, performance progress, and resolution of technical problems.
    • Represent the organization with all levels of management and functional counterparts in other federal agencies, industry, and academia.
    • Plan work to be accomplished by subordinates, set and adjust short/long-term priorities, and prepare schedules for completion of work.
