This is a Direct Hire Open Continuous Announcement (OCA) for a permanent Full-Time Diagnostic Radiologic Technologist (Computerized Tomography) for the Clinical Service Division, Radiology Department located at the Hopi Health Care Center in Polacca, Arizona. This position will report to the Supervisory Diagnostic Radiologic Technologist. The Diagnostic Radiologic Technologist (CT) will provide a variety of highly complex radiologic examinations through use of a Computerized Tomography (CT) scanner in support of patient care.

Federal employees earn annual leave at a rate (4, 6 or 8 hours per pay period) which is based on the number of years they have served as a Federal employee. IHS may offer new-appointed Federal Employee's credit for their directly related previous non-federal experience or active duty uniformed military service. This credited service can be used in determining the rate at which annual leave is earned.
Recruitment incentives may be authorized. You will be required to sign a one year service agreement. Failure to fulfill the one year service agreement may result in repayment.
A one-year probationary period may be required upon selection/placement.
This position is covered by a Bargaining Unit.

This position has full promotion potential to the GS-10 grade level.
