    Responsibilities

    The duties described reflect the full performance level of this position.

    • Performs in-depth analysis of automated and manual systems to accomplish design and programming assignments which integrate the activities of multiple speciality areas.
    • Reviews proposals for change which consist of objectives, scope, and customers' expectations; Determines whether or not existing systems can be used or modified.
    • Develops testing and implementation plans; Performs system documentation for complex assignments in accordance with DOD, DISA, and local standards.
    • Applies a comprehensive knowledge of applications software development concepts and techniques to provide leadership in the design and development of highly integrated and complex applications.
