    • Manages a Food Service Program within a business activity.
    • Develops, recommends and enforces operating procedures.
    • Plans and manages all phases of food service program where dining and catering are a substantial basis of the food operation.
    • Prepares/supervises the preparation of menus involving both standard and new cooking methods.
    • Represents the activity to the public.
    • Conducts customer surveys, reviews usage/sales to make recommendations concerning services, promotion activities and revenue improvements.
    • Participates in the selection of employees, directs on-the-job-training of new employees, makes duty assignments consistent with operational requirements.
    • Develops operating budget and data, identifying labor, equipment, and supply costs.
    • Controls food pricing and costs.
    • Controls food pricing and costs.
    • Oversees food ordering, storage and issues. Directs subordinates in all phases of food preparation and food sanitation requirements.
    • Supervises assigned staff.
