    As a Nurse (Advanced Practice Registered Nurse Practitioner/Ambulatory Expanded Function), you will:

    -Provide independent primary comprehensive and therapeutic health care services to patients in the Gastroenterology Clinic.
    -Work with physicians and health care team members to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
    -Perform a physical examination and interpret abnormal and normal findings to determine a diagnosis.
    -Serve as a consultant to other professional and paraprofessional staff throughout the institution on gastroenterological health issues.
