SUPV FACILITY OPERATIONS SPECIALIST (PROGRAM MANAGEMENT), GS-1640-12, this position is located in ARNG Construction and Facilities Management Office (CFMO), Facilities Management Branch in Phoenix, AZ. The primary purpose of this position is to program, manage, schedule and direct the operations, maintenance and repair, rehabilitation and improvements to ARNG facilities in a geographically separated area. Additionally, this position administers the state NGB energy management program. Supervises the work of the function. Supervisory duties require a minimum of 25% of the incumbent's time. Work involves supervising, leading, or performing administrative work, operating and maintaining buildings, grounds, and other facilities such as posts, bases, shipyards, depots, medical or health care facilities. Work typically involves coordinating and directing work performed by a variety of trades and labor employees and requires broad knowledge of such work. Such work requires administrative and managerial skills and abilities and a broad technical knowledge of the operating capabilities and maintenance requirements.
