    Responsibilities

    Incumbent manages comprehensive primary care services for a panel of patients in a Primary Care setting at a VA Community Clinic. Incumbent develops care plans, and collaborates with Physicians and Sub-Specialties throughout Lebanon VA Medical Center's spectrum of services; assisting all sub-specialties for delivery of care to patient. Incumbent establishes and maintains relationships within the medical center and other specialties that result in improved patient care. Incumbent accepts substantial and continuing responsibility and accountability for planning, coordinating and controlling a complex integrated health care practice.

    Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, unless otherwise approved by Supervisor
