This position is in the Office of Wastewater Management, Water Infrastructure Division, Water Infrastructure Finance and Innovation Act (WIFIA) program. WIFIA accelerates investment in our nation’s water infrastructure by providing long-term, low-cost supplemental loans for regionally and nationally significant projects.
With some exceptions, WIFIA credit agreements will emulate the commercial practices of U.S. capital markets and/or private banking investors. The incumbent utilizes extensive capital markets and project finance experience to evaluate and negotiate WIFIA credit agreements.
