Background or Security Investigation: This is a Secret position which requires a background investigation. The individual selected for this position is required to obtain and maintain a Secret security determination to occupy a critical sensitive position within the agency as a condition of employment.
Education is not substitutable for specialized experience for this grade level.

Position requires a Program Manager Level I acquisition certification. The incumbent has 24 months to achieve this certification.
