As a Regional Substation Maintenance Supervisor, you will:
Be responsible for the efficient maintenance and replacement of facilities assigned to this position. Manages the activities of assigned locations through subordinate Foremen and skilled craft persons. In collaboration with the Maintenance Manager, determines the long and short range planning for maintenance program requirements including staffing, tools, equipment, facilities and funds. Determines priority of work assignments to maintain Western Area Power Administration (WAPA) standards of system reliability while making optimum use of the professional skills of subordinates. In collaboration with the Maintenance Manager, prepares budget data and schedules for major system maintenance, replacements and additions to be coordinated and integrated into the DSW Region budget.
