As a Clinical Nurse on an in-patient Telemetry/Cardiology Ward, you will provide professional nursing care to patients with cardiac disease before and after surgery. Patient care involves basic heart rhythm interpretation, providing Basic Life Support and Advanced Cardiac Life Support, basic EKG interpretation, and Telemetry monitoring. You will manage nursing care for critically ill cardiac patients based upon established clinical nursing practice standards. Utilize critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision in a stressful health care environment. Documents patient patient information into Electronic Medical Record.
Only degrees from an accredited college or university recognized by the Department of Education are acceptable to meet positive education requirements or to substitute education for experience.
