As a senior Management and Program Analyst, you will deal with various programmatic issues and manages the financial responsibilities and budgetary functions including identification and monitoring of performance metrics and the risk plan supporting category management.
The position is located in The General Services Administration, Federal Acquisition Service, and Information Technology Category (ITC).
GSA's Office of Information Technology Category (ITC) provides access to private sector IT & telecommunications solutions for federal, state & local government agencies. ITC works with federal agencies, OMB, & industry to create common solutions for IT services, hardware, software, telecommunications, cyber security, & identity management. 98% of federal agencies use ITC solutions. ITC works with the Office of Federal Procurement Policy & the Office of the Federal Chief Information Office to develop & implement acquisition and technology initiatives such as strategic sourcing, category management, cloud, cyber, enterprise licensing agreements for software, desktop configurations & data center optimization. ITC plays a unique role in supporting agencies with acquisition & technical expertise to make better buying decisions, reduce duplication & improve mission results.
