    The Perry Point  Mental Health Clinic  (MHC) Coordinator  is responsible for the administrative efficiency, clinical integrity and effectiveness of the treatment milieu and services offered within the Program.  The Program Coordinator (Social Worker), MHC, manages the day-to-day operations of the program .  This includes managing a multidisciplinary treatment team that includes, but may not be limited to, prescribers, nurses, social workers, psychologists, techs, and program support staff. 

    Responsibilities include development and implementation of programs, policies, and procedures; oversight of administrative
    and programmatic resources; and monitoring of outcomes, using data-driven quality assurance processes.  Responsible for continual survey readiness and both clinical and environmental preparedness for Joint Commission, CARF, and VA sponsored surveys.

    The Program Coordinator will monitor and assign consults, ensure patient access and flow, advocate for the rights and interests of Veterans, facilitate collaborative relationships with colleagues at other levels of care, facilitate referrals to other programs, facilitate integration with other programs, complete environment of care rounds, and facilitate staff meetings, They will assure a high quality of clinical programming within the program. 

    The Social Work Program Coordinator will provide clinical services 30- 50% of the time.  The Coordinator provides direct patient care including, but not necessarily limited to, psychological assessment and diagnostics and a full range of evidence-based psychological treatments (individual/group psychotherapy, couples and family psychotherapy).
    Preferred experience: Coordinating or managing programs.

    Work Schedule:  Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm.
