The Army Recreation Machine Program (ARMP) operates under the Installation Management Command (IMCOM) G-9, U.S. Army in support of military personnel and civilians, as well as family members and authorized guests. Plans and carries various assignments to design, develop and
maintain data management systems that meet current and future
business requirements of the organization and customers.
Monitors and optimizes database performance. Generates complex
queries and reports. Participates in the design of data mining
and data warehousing systems. Develops data dictionaries, data
models, metadata repositories, and other data management tools.
Diagnoses and resolves data management problems and issues.
Prepares and presents reports and briefings. Provides technical
leadership on group projects. Interprets IT policies, standards
and guidelines. Applies information security and information
assurance policy, principles, and practices.

Appointment subject to satisfactory pre-employment checks. Must currently possess or obtain and maintain a satisfactory Tier 3R investigation. Must currently possess or be able to obtain within 6 months of employment a minimum Information Assurance baseline security certification of Security+ equivalent or higher certification in accordance with DoD 8570.01-M, Information Assurance Technical, Level II technicians.
Education is not required for this position and will not be utilized in determining minimum qualifications. If you would like for your education to be considered by the hiring panel as part of your overall accomplishments, you must attach copies of transcripts (online transcripts will be accepted).
