Reclamation is seeking a career professional looking for an opportunity to capitalize on his/her expertise in geotechnical engineering. Responsibilities include performing engineering services such as slope stability, seepage, and other geotechnical analyses, providing support for risk analysis, and preparation of design drawings and specifications. -Responsible for detailed planning, development, and completion of assigned geotechnical engineering design and analysis projects, especially embankment dams.
-Assigns, prepares, or directs special technical studies on embankment dams, earth fill structures, and structure foundations in connection with construction and performance problems.
-Initiates and prepares correspondence to the field and to outside agencies regarding the assigned geotechnical projects; contacts engineers in other groups for the purpose of coordinating data and information to be incorporated into the assigned project.

If a degree is not yet completed but will be by the reporting date (January 2018), you MUST provide current transcripts with your application AND indicate on your resume and/or transcripts your anticipated graduation date.
