About the Position:
Serves as an Information Technology Specialist for the Army Contracting Command-Warren with responsibly for performing, design, coding, initial testing, maintenance, and implementation of SharePoint applications.
The Army Contracting Command-Warren provides comprehensive acquisition, contracting, business advisory, production support, and depot-level maintenance services in acquiring, fielding, and sustaining Tank Automotive and Armaments Command (TACOM) Life Cycle Management Command (LCMC) systems and supporting requirements. To qualify based on substituting education for specialized experience at the GS-11 level you must have:
1) Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree OR 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to a Ph. D or equivalent doctoral degree AND
2) Undergraduate or graduate degree in computer science, engineering, information science, information systems management, mathematics, operations research, statistics, or technology management OR
3) Undergraduate or graduate degree that provided a minimum of 24 semester hours in one or more of the fields identified above and required the development or adaptation of applications, systems or networks
At the GS-12 level there is no education substitution for experience.
