This is a Resources Management Staff position (RMS) within the Facilities and Security Office (FSO). RMS is responsible for formulating, justifying, reporting and executing almost $2 billion in funding for the Facilities and Security Office within the Department of Administrative Services.
The incumbent will oversee a portfolio of space and facilities budget accounts totaling over $1.3 billion that include the judiciary's rent bill paid to the General Services Administration (GSA), and several other accounts, which are either centrally-held or allotted to the courts. RMS also supports the financial management of project funding associated with the space reduction and Service Validation Initiative programs, which are two judiciary-wide cost containment initiatives.
The Supervisory Budget Analyst will be responsible for supporting key aspects of FSO's space and facilities financial portfolio, including the following duties:
