As the Deputy Comptroller for Human Capital, you will serve as OCC’s operational executive and Deputy Comptroller for Office of Human Capital consisting of Human Resources and Continuing Education group functioning as a key advisor to the Senior Deputy Comptroller for Management and Chief Financial Officer in the Office of Management and the Comptroller on the formulation, development and implementation of OCC-wide human capital and continuing education program matters. Additionally, you will provide executive direction and set policies for employment and continuing education management, human resources operations, employment policy, HR information systems, labor and employee relations, and compensation and benefits.
