The Louis Stokes Cleveland Veterans Affairs Medical Center is recruiting for two (2) License Practical Nurses. The License Practical Nurse will function within the Women's Health Clinic of Medical Service. The License Practical Nurse duties include: >Completing clinic intake (vitals, reminders, etc.).Observing and reporting changes in the patient's condition, as well as assisting in the development and revision of the patient driven holistic care plan for life. Demonstrating active collaboration and communication with Teamlet (Patient, Women's Health Provider, RN Care Manager and Administrative Support Staff) and Larger Team (family/caregiver, internal and community based services and disciplines involved in providing care to the patient). Assisting in the coordination of clinical care and communication with the medical center's female veteran population.
Work Schedule: Primarily Monday through Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm, occasional evenings and weekends as needed

GS-5: Completion of at least one (1) year of qualifying experience at the GS-4 level or equivalent.
GS-6: Completion of at least one (1) year of additional qualifying experience at the GS-5 level or equivalent fully meeting all performance requirements for the GS-5 LPN/LVN.
