LOCATION: 132d Wing, Des Moines, Iowa
NATIONAL GUARD MEMBERSHIP IS REQUIRED: This is an excepted position that requires military membership in a compatible military assignment in the Iowa Air National Guard. Selectee will be required to wear the military uniform. Acceptance of this excepted position constitutes concurrence with these requirements as a condition of employment. Applicants who are not currently a member of the Iowa Air National Guard must be eligible for immediate membership and employment in the Iowa Air National Guard in the military grade listed in this announcement.

As a INTELLIGENCE OPERATIONS SPECIALIST, GS-0132-11your duties are below;
This position is responsible for providing the 132d Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance Group Commander an unbiased assessment of mission readiness and effectiveness of assigned Geospatial Intelligence Targeting Squadrons. Must become a Weaponeering Intelligence Evaluator to create, update, and issue Weaponeering qualification knowledge exams, mission qualification performance evaluations and Weaponeering spot and periodic evaluations. Must manage qualifications and certifications, to include documentation of AF Form 4350, ranging from Weaponeering, Target Graphics, Collateral Damage Estimation, Battle Damage Assessment, Precision Point Mensuration, Intermediate Target Development, Intelligence Evaluator, and Quality Control Analyst. Manages qualification and certification training waivers, extensions, evaluation schedule, and other assigned Weaponeering Intelligence Evaluators. Provides mission training feedback to Intelligence Support Squadron if training deficiencies are discovered. Monitors compliance, conducts annual reviews, and standardizes all targeting guidance, regulations, and standard operating procedures. Coordinates Stan/Eval cross talk with external ANG and Active Duty targeting units via weekly communication and annual targeting enterprise conferences. Responsible for identifying trending issues, and communicating to group commander, of mission training and operational capabilities by conducting evaluations and targeting product sampling. Must communicate effectively and professionally during all evaluations and feedback meetings with unit members and supervisors. Plans and develops objectives and work schedules for training assigned intelligence personnel during Unit Training Assemblies, Annual Training, and unit deployments.
