This position is located within the Easements Programs Division (EPD), National Headquarters, Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS), United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), In Washington D.C. The mission of the EPD is to manage NRCS easement programs that include the Agricultural Conservation Easement Program (ACEP), Wetlands Reserve Program (WRP), Farm and Ranch Lands Protection Program (FRPP), Grassland Reserve Program (GRP, Healthy Forests Reserve Program (HFRP), and Emergency Watershed Protection Program-Floodplain Easements (EWPP-FPE). The incumbent will serve as the Easement Support Services (ESS)Branch Chief and the NRCS easement program expert; direct, lead, and coordinate national policy and support of the easement programs; and work across all easement programs in conducting programmatic, legislative, policy and procedural analyses related to program administration.
