WYOMING AIR NATIONAL GUARD MEMBERSHIP IS REQUIRED: This is an excepted position that requires membership in a compatible military assignment in the Wyoming Air National Guard. Selectee will be required to wear the military uniform. Acceptance of an excepted position constitutes concurrence with these requirements as a condition of employment. As a SUPERVISORY HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST (MILITARY), GS-0201-11, you will:
Directly supervise and provide technical and administrative supervision to the Personnel Systems, Customer Service, Career Enhancements, Employments, Relocations, and Readiness functions of the MPF.
Plan, organize and direct the activities of military human resources programs, ensuring that the Military Personnel Flight complies with legal and regulatory requirements and meets customer needs.
Execute management policies by developing and implementing internal procedures and plans of action, and establishing conformance to those policies.
Perform the full scope of supervisory functions including the assignment of duties, interview and selection of employees.
