As a Program Analyst, GS-0343-9, you will perform work that involves developing, analyzing, evaluating, advising, or improving the effectiveness of program methods and procedures, management controls, and similar functions of management. Specific duties include budget activity manager functions, soldier/airmen readiness for OCONUS program participation, training management, and ensuring program compliance. You will also play a critical role in communicating program activities internally and externally using a variety of mediums.
MILITARY REQUIREMENTS:
Compatible military grade and assignment required prior to the effective date of placement. This is an excepted service position that requires membership in a compatible military assignment in the employing state's National Guard.
Military Grades: SPC to MSG
Compatible Military Assignments: 36B, 42A

This is a temporary position, with a time limit determined by the needs of the agency. Any permanent military technician who is selected for this position must become a Temporary Technician.
