Assists patrons in use of the facility.
Circulates among patrons to assure service is satisfactory.
Receives and resolves customer complaints.
Plans, conducts, publicizes and arranges support for special events.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Conditions of Employment

Candidates must possess:
Work experience which involved dealing with the general public.
Special Qualifying Criteria: Computer Knowledge, Basic Math Skills, Some Bowling Terminology, and Customer Service Skills.
